Each design request we receive has a different level of complexity. We ask clients to give us at least 5 days notice on each project they submit. If we can deliver it back to you sooner, we will. When you submit a design request, we’ll also provide you with an estimated delivery date.

It also helps us HUGELY if you provide us with all of the project details first time round. If we don’t receive the full project details in the initial request, it may cause delays in the design process.

After subscribing, you’ll be asked to create an account within the Brand Buddy portal. Once set up, you can start submitting design requests.
The project management portal is used for all your design projects submissions, revisions and downloading your files. You can also speak directly with your designer through the portal or email. Video demos are available when you log into the portal for the first time.

Of course! Any unused design projects from previous months will be credited to your account. Speak to your dedicated designer to confirm how many hours/projects you have remaining to use.

Yes, but check your plan for the amount of users you can have:
Basic Buddy: 2 Users
Expert Buddy: 4 Users
Premium Buddy: Unlimited Users
Not all design projects require the same amount of time. For example, if your first project of the month requires 5 hours worth of design work, you’ll have 5 hours remaining across your 3 remaining projects. Before you submit your design request, you can speak to your dedicated designer about how long your project will take to complete.
If you need more monthly design projects or hours, you can upgrade your plan at any time. Our Premium Buddy Plan includes unlimited monthly design projects and unlimited hours.
You own 100% of all the design work we send you.
Yes of course you can! Just check your plan for the number of revisions you have per design project. We make revisions at no extra cost.
